Bad Badger NASCAR Pick 3: Week 9 Results!

For the 2nd time this year, the listener swept the panel!  Congratulations to Don on his $25 Gift Card.

Each week, one WSCO listern picks 3-drivers for the race.  We add up the finishing position of all-3 drivers and put the total up against the picks of MRN Radio's Alex Hayden, my Dad, and myself.  A bonus of (-10) is given if you pick the winning driver in your trio.  Remember, points are BAD!  It is like Golf.  The more "experts" you beat, the more you win!

Here are the Week 9 results:

1st Place - Don (Listener)
Jimmie Johnson = 5
Matt Kenseth = 7
Kyle Busch = 37
Total Points:  49

2nd Place - Alex Hayden
Dale Jr. = 17
Jimmie Johnson = 5
Kyle Busch = 37
Total Points: 59

3rd Place - My Dad
Jimmie Johnson = 5
Brad Keslowski = 15
Kasey Kahne = 42
Total Points: 62

4th Place - Me
Kevin Harvick = 40
Paul Menard = 26
Brad Keslowski = 15
Total Points:  81

Season Standings
1st Place = Me (356 points)
2nd Place = My Dad (369 points)
3rd Place = Alex Hayden (397 points)
4th Place = The Listeners (408 points)

Total correct race winners:
Me (3)

Justin Hull's Bio
I am 30 years old and a life long Milwaukee and Wisconsin sports fan. I grew up in Germantown, Wisconsin, living through the glory years of the 1990’s for the Bucks and Brewers; suffering through the Steve Woodard and Marty Conlon era.  I am married to an amazing (in the fact she puts up with me) woman Sam and we live in Kaukauna with our dog Yoshi and cat Rev.

I am not a huge Packer fan and never really was. I enjoy the NFL as a whole (Fantasy Football driven, of course) more than pledging allegiance with one team. I played baseball, football, and ran track a couple of years at Germantown High School. The pinnacle of my SPORTS career was catching the winning touchdown pass in THE 1998 Division 2 state championship game against Ashwaubenon, a 21-14 victory.

I have been working in radio since the year 2000 when I started up at UW Oshkosh. I spent 4 ½ years there before graduation in December of 2004. A few months after that, I spent 2 years on air and covering state sports in Fond du Lac. Then in June of 2007 I moved to Algona, Iowa where I was sports director of a station where I mostly did play-by-play of baseball, basketball, football and even volleyball.  After 8 months in the corn, I came to WSCO and the Home Stretch was born in February, 2008!
