Quick turn-around for the Badgers
After falling for the first time in Big Ten play on Saturday night in Iowa City (70-66), the Wisconsin Badgers have a quick turn-around, facing the Michigan State Spartans on Tuesday night at the Kohl Center.
Wisconsin dug itself a 20-point hole late in the first half, but rallied to pull within three in the closing moments before coming up short. A pair of freshmen lead the Badgers as George Marshall scored a career-high 20 points, all in the second half. Sam Dekker added 13.
Since Bo Ryan took over at Wisconsin, the Badgers own an 8-1 record against Michigan State at the Kohl Center.
Tip time is 6pm on Tuesday night at the Kohl Center.
